MinervaHub S.p.A., the new Italian industrial reality in the fashion sector specialized in finishes and materials for luxury accessories led by the president Matteo Marzotto, announces that it has finalized the acquisition of Gruppo Meccaniche Luciani S.r.l. prestigious company from Corridonia, active for over fifty years in the heart of the Marche footwear district, specialized in the design and production of moulds, punches and technical tools for footwear and leather goods, and in the production of finished products in EVA, a latest generation polymeric material with high performing qualities.
Following the transaction, the founding partner Gianfranco Luciani, and the partners Giordano Graziani and Augusto Pagliari respectively technical director and production director, remain directly involved in the management of the company with important roles in the corporate governance and have sold all the company shares to MinervaHub S.p.A. majority initiative of the Private Equity fund Xenon VII SCA SICAV-RAIF managed by the shareholders Franco Prestigiacomo and Gianfranco Piras.
